01 / 04 Corporate profile

Corporate profileTwo brothers, one plain, since 1983. Our flagship oils are produced from 100% Koroneiki olives, with certified PDO Messara, PGI Crete, organic and conventional extra virgin olive oil options, all milled at the family's own plant on the Tympaki–Lagolio road. The plant takes in ten tonnes of olives an hour, bottles the house's own lines, and presses under other companies' labels besides. Over a hundred international awards have come from that one plain.

02 / 04 Facilities

FacilitiesAn 8,000 m² plant, privately owned. Fruit arrives from the surrounding groves and goes onto the line: malaxation at 27 °C or below for no more than forty minutes, and cold extraction. The plant holds FSSC 22000 and works to ISO 22000 and HACCP, and every lot leaves numbered, traceable back to grove, analysis and production run.

03 / 04 The people

The peopleA family firm: two brothers, and the people who work the groves and the line beside them. The decisions that set the oil's chemistry are made by hand: when to pick, at what ripeness, how long the fruit waits before it is milled. Early harvest costs yield and buys chemistry, and somebody has to choose it every season.

04 / 04 Ecological practices

Ecological practicesOur organic olive oils are certified under GR-BIO-15, while all production is managed under certified food-safety and full traceability procedures. The oil is cold-extracted: no heat above 27 °C, no solvents, nothing added. Every lot is traceable back to its grove, its analysis and its production run.
