Grown by a select group of small-scale producers farming organically in the heart of the Messara, and carrying the plain’s PDO. Cold-extracted from 100% Koroneiki olives, with malaxation at up to 27 °C for no more than forty minutes, so the fruit’s aromas, antioxidants and polyphenols are kept. Intense fruity flavour, a delicate aroma and a smooth, harmonious finish; certified organic by TÜV Austria Hellas.
