This notice covers the details you send us through the enquiry forms on this site and on our trade-fair page.
Who we are

What we collect
Your name, company, email address, country and message. On the trade-fair page, also a postal address if you give one and the samples or documents you ask for. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deal with you as a customer. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). No newsletters, no marketing lists, and we never sell your details.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is emailed to our office mailbox and stored in a database we use for enquiries (Supabase, in Japan, a country the EU recognises as protecting personal data adequately). The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers handle the data only on our behalf. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer relies on an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to answer you and follow up. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without cookies and without identifying you (Vercel Web Analytics).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to info@oilcrete.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
