Harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness, the early olives are naturally rich in polyphenols, and the oil meets the official EU health claim. Cold extraction below 27 °C keeps its full nutritional value, a complex fruity aroma and a vibrant golden-green colour, with the intensity of an early-harvest oil. Produced in limited quantity, in a hand-painted matte black flask.
