The flagship: single-variety Koroneiki from the groves of the Messara, pressed cold at the family mill and carrying the plain’s Protected Designation of Origin. Golden-green, delicately fruity, balanced from the first taste to the finish.

Sourced from the groves of the Messara in southern Crete and certified PDO Messara by the European Union, the flagship is cold-pressed from Koroneiki olives and keeps its vibrant golden-green colour, a delicate fruity aroma and a balanced flavour. Among its medals are gold at the New York International Olive Oil Competition and gold at Terraolivo.
