One Day is an extra virgin olive oil PDO Messara with very low acidity and very high polyphenols due to the uniqueness that characterizes it as the harvest, olive and standardization takes place in one day, thus keeping the fruity aromas and the freshness of the fruit , as well as a wonderful spicy flavor, all sealed in one bottle. At the same time, all beneficial ingredients, such as O3 fat and polyphenols, remain unchanged thanks to our special care and quality controls. Olive oil ONE DAY comes from southern Crete, from olive groves that start from semi-mountainous areas of Messara and extend to its plain, an area with a special climate for growing and producing quality olive oil.
